Had a cap placed here 2 years ago that failed now I have an exposed nerve, insurance will only cover the same tooth if the work lasts at least 5 years. They would not replace the cap, I had to go to another dentist who actually at least gave me a break. My wife had two done here about the same time and hers both failed. Stay away from this dentist at all cost, they will not stand behind their work. Terrible dentist.

I am so thankful for Andrea Earnest and her staff. I've had A LOT of work done here and the dentist is very gentle and precise with her work. My kids see her too. They've had no complaints and my 5 year old had 1 filling done (unfortunately) but had NO TEARS! Maybe it's a miracle on my sons part - but I know an excellent dentist like Andrea made it peaceful for him. Very Thankful!

If you are a parent who is accustomed to accompanying your children into their medical and dental appointments, STEER CLEAR of this dentist. Not only does she forbid parents from staying with their children, but she treats parents who question the policy like they are idiots for asking. I was told that I did not know what was best for my child (!!!) and my concerns were invalid. My family will be finding a dentist that is more family friendly and accommodating.

Just Awesome, Dr. Andrea Earnest is sooo gentle and her staff is fun and professional! Her Hygenist that cleans your teeth is so nice and does such a great gentle job!! Very Happy with her!!

I have seen Dr. Helmbrecht numerous times over the years for regular cleanings and found her (and her staff) to be extraordinarily friendly, caring and most of all, on top of their game professionally. After having a slight toothache turn into a major ache, I made an appointment to see Dr. Helmbrecht. It turned out I had an infection, which she treated, but I was also in need a root canal. Reluctantly I made the appointment and went in. To start with, I didn't even feel her give me the shots to deaden my mouth. Not wanting to see the needle, I had my eyes closed and was stunned when she sad, "alright, there's the first shot." I felt nothing. I also didn't feel anything when the other shots were administered. Nothing. She performed the root canal in approximately an hour and explained what she was doing at every step. She and her staff explained what would happen afterward, what I would need to do and scheduled a follow up visit for t
