McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

The customer service is poor here every other MC Donalds let's me trade out my hash brown for a fruit parfait the manger was very rude,then I have to ask for what comes with my meal.

It's a BYON when you are a drive-thru customer. Seriously, almost never do you get a napkin, and if you do, no matter the size of the order, you get ONE. Today, zero again.

The drive thru was very slow. Even with two lines. These places used to pull cars over if the current order was not ready. I just wanted a drink and was not appropriately dressed to go inside. I ordered a large, but she first handed me a medium. Took awhile but she poured me another in a large size cup.

Joe Amada the owner of the fairly new McDonald's on Hazel in Fair Oaks,CA

has his employees policing the drink machine. I am a 62 yo senior and had

purchased a lunch meal earlier in the day. I was shopping at the TJ Maxx

store in the same parking lot and went into Mickey D's and was told I WAS

NOT ALLOWED TO GET A REFILL ONCE I LEFT THE BUILDING.

GIVE ME A BREAK. I WAS HUMILIATED IN FRONT OF EVERYONE AND

ASKED IF I COULD GET WATER WITHOUT GOING TO MC DONALD JAIL??

THIS INCIDENT WILL MAKE ME NEVER GO TO TAKE ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN AND I WILL BE TELLING ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN ABOUT JOE'S DRINK RULES.
