This place is expensive, service ok, not great. We were using them because they're conveniently located right next to Safeway on Madison at Hazel. They are difficult to communicate with... but they lost us as customers the one time they made an error and refused to make it right, instead they blamed us for the error. They over-starched two pairs of my husbands jeans to the point that they could stand alone!! lol!! I brought them back and they refused to make it right and said we would have to pay again. She also said that my husband asked for "extrra-starchee, no medium-starchee"... she confused him with someone else. Nope, there are plenty of good, honest dry cleaners out there and we'll find one of them!
