The staff has poor communication and do not know the rules and regulations when it comes to selling their wax passes. I purchased a 12 visit pass for a Brazilian and underarm wax and paid a bit over $500, after the first visit I requested to upgrade my package and I was told I could upgrade to a unlimited pass for only $160 more but for that they needed the manager's approval. A few weeks went by and I never heard from the manager. I used my second pass and once again requested to upgrade and same story manager wasn't in so I was told they were going to leave a message and I never heard back from her. Third visit I requested to upgrade and they told me the same story. Finally a few days after I called the wax center and I was told by one of the receptionist that unfortunately since I had used my third pass I wasn't able to upgrade anymore. I contacted corporate and the regional manager and they offered me a free extra visit to make up for all this mess. Later I hear from the wax center manager Brandi and she tells me she was very sorry and she could definitely upgrade my pass. She said she was sorry I was given the wrong info. I was told I could upgrade both for only $233 dollars. At first I accepted but later that day when I sat down to look up their prizes and compared them I felt like they took advantage. I called the next day to request a refund and the receptionist sounded a bit annoyed which made me feel even worse since my only intention was to upgrade and pay for the service not try to get services for free. She told me they would refund the money I paid for the upgrade but unfortunately they were going to take away the free extra visit since it was an order straight from corporate. I was very upset and sent a message to corporate to get a full refund but unfortunately they haven't been able to help me. I refuse to go back there and be treated like I'm asking for a free service.

Ive been coming here for the l...

Ive been coming here for the last few months! I love it! Ive never had a problem and the employees are all really nice. They use a hard wax, which is what they taught us to use in beauty school... its way better than soft wax! Hurts less! The prices are really reasonable too! I've already brought my mom and my aunt in to try it out!
