A word of warning to anyone looking for a landscaper: DO NOT use Roger Pajo from Creative Scapes. We had a terrible experience with him. His design plans looked promising so we contracted him to do the installation as well. But as we got into the process we found his knowledge of materials and plants questionable. We also had them build a screening fence for a garden. The fence was poorly built; several of the panels they installed cracked due to the way the framing was constructed. When I spoke to him about it, he said they would fix the problem and be out the next week. When they didn't show up and I didn't hear from them, I called back. He denied responsibility for the problems and then refused to fix them and stopped returning our calls or emails. We had to hire another contractor to fix the problems and they couldn't believe the poor quality of installation and construction that was provided.
