1) The haircut was more than disappointing on my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Truly, they did not understand the cut I wanted. They did little feathering on the legs and left the chest completely uneven in the front--little hard to miss that mistake.2) The price I was quoted on the phone turned out to NOT be the price when I picked up the dog.3) Customer service was junk. End of the day and I wasn't even the last one to pick up, they barely said anything to me when I was paying & picking up. I tried to question the price and I wasn't heard. Definitely does not seem to be run by professional groomers any more!

The staff are very kind to our dog. I would highly recommend their services.
