Great care of our pets and they always do a wonderful job!

Based upon the extremely poor and unprofessional customer service I received from the man when calling for info I would NEVER entrust my animal in the hands of this business

They're really nice and do a great job! They did forget to clip my dog's nails once but I went right back in the next week and they took him right away and did them for me. He always looks great after grooming and they're always busy so I take that as a good sign!

I have a fussy siberian husky who does not like to have his nails clipped. At advice of my Vet, went to Paws & Claws. They were the only place that can handle him. I have been back many times since and have recommended many friends.

I DO NOT suggest coming here. We brought our two dogs in for their first professional grooming. One of them ended up in the vet and the other got blood on our car seats when we picked her up due to a nail clipping. I dropped the dogs off Saturday morning and was told I would be called around 1. I ended up calling for them at 2pm. The Owner told me that one of my dogs was taken to the vet because he had gotten a nick on his ear. We understand that accidents happen. However, there is no excuse for the owner not calling to notify us that they decided to take our dog off of their property or even that our dog had been hurt. The owner did say that they would pay for the vet bill. It turned out that our dog needed stitches but the vet said it would do more damage due to the location of the cut. His head was bandaged for two weeks. Paws n Claws refused to pay for his follow up visits 1-to remove bandage 2-assure proper healing. This place has HORRIBLE business practices. Go elsewhere! Star rating would be 0 but it made me select 1 to put this through.

Extremely friendly owner and staff. Very competent groomers. Reasonable pricing.

Staff is very friendly, my dogs always look great after grooming.

They are a wonderful team of groomers; Whenever i go in there the groomers are handle the dogs with love and care I like the way the grooming area is set up and that my dog is not locked away in some back room. I have and will continue to refer loving dog owners to Paws and Claws!
