I like Papa John's Pizza, but based purely on principle I will never return to the Ewing or Lawrenceville locations. The owner and management of these locations are rude, and clearly have never taken any training in basic business. It is PIZZA not gold...if a customer is unhappy based on the repeated errors of the business...take care of your customers "give them the pickle" - because once you have lost a customer, you will never get them back. I understand that human error is always going to be around, but every time I have gone to the Ewing location they have messed up the orders. We requested that they fix the errors and they told us that we were WRONG!!!! You never tell customers they are wrong...what poor business! They were so rude, and the owner ran into the back room as soon as we began our complaint - we were told that he was at the other location in Lawrenceville and when we said we would go there to talk to him they laughed in our faces. Multiple people walked in during our 1hr visit to the store and stepped behind the counter - people who clearly didn't work there...and when it comes to food and the spreading of germs I don't want random people "friends" of the staff going behind the counters where my food is handled. I typically do not complain but I was really shocked at the way we were treated...like we were just looking for a free meal - like I have nothing better to do with my time than sit around and argue with the staff at Papa Johns in Ewing. My husband was told that he is a liar!!! A liar???? Over pizza???? I must give props to one young man at the store...he had just started his position there and he was pleasant to us and helped us out when corporate finally got involved. The single star I provided was for him. I do not recommend the Ewing and Lawrenceville locations because they are both owned by the same person.
