Dr. Helbert treated me with disrespect and rudeness upon my first visit to his office. I am currently receiving public assistance while I am in school to renew and learn new business skills for my next career. As a 61 yr young woman, I have had alot of experiences in my life.

I do not take kindly to be discriminated against for being on public assistance. Dr. Helbert might be an execellent Prosthedontist, but he has a lousy attitude toward to the poor, and does not make any bones about it. If he feels that strongly, he should not accept DSHS patients under any circumstances. I haven't made the referring Dentist aware of this yet, but I intend to.
