I made it clear from the beginning I wanted a set of acrylic nails. I take part responsibility as I should've gotten up and left when they couldn't get their drill to work. I told them I was leaving, but the young girl kept saying, no, no it's fixed now. Well it wasn't. Their prices weren't displayed, they didn't understand English as when I walked in the man started giving me a manicure. When the 2 woman showed up I told them I didn't want a manicure, they told the man and he looked at me and said "sorry". I didn't see any steriilizer and the woman doing my nail gave me a deep cut using a emery board. She didn't clear the cut of the surfaces I had bled on and she polished over the blood on my nail.Then I kept telling them I had a appointment at 2:30 they kept saying no problem. Well I was 15 mins late to my appointment, This salon need a health inspection, please check their equipment and their prices before picking them.
