Don't expect Royal Solariums to produce your sunroom in a timely manner and expect strong hold tatics from the owner. When they make any error you will be the one who suffers and will not get an appologie or any compensation for your inconvience.

My room was ordered on 5/24/07 and wanted the work completed by August 31, after my homeowners association approvel on 7/1/07 I notified Royal Solariums to build my room. On 7/24/07 Royal Solarium called me to see where we were on my project and I reminded him that we spoke three weeks ago and I gave the go ahead at that time. My room was delivered on 8/27/07 and it is still sitting on my porch. No installer appointment at this time.

The company feels it is ok for them to install the room with out anyone being at home to give the final approval of their work.

Also, The price of installation was included in my contract or that is what I was told by owner Larry but I am not confident that this is a true statement. I am not sure this is going to cost me alot more.

Not happy at all with Royal Solarium!
