I had given this company 1 star because of what was going on in our apartment. It took more time then I think it should have to get things taken care of but when they did get taken care of Steve was very kind and worked to make up for it taking so long. Even now that we have run into money issues, instead of hounding us or being bullies, they are working with us and being understanding. They are working to get a good maintenance group in here and things are coming together. After going through all of this I really truly would rent through them down the road if we left these ones. It is not often you find management that truly cares about their renters. For anyone that has not gone through this company you really should give them a try.

I would recommend Preferred property Management NW and Steve Hale to all. The level of integrity, professionalism, ease of doing business and overall satisfaction is surpassed by none.

The staff is professional and knowledgeable, not to mention friendly.

Over the last year and a half, I have been nothing but satisfied.
