I went to NW dental 3-25 2015.They kept my driver licence and insurance. when I called to see if they were there.The receptionist she yelled and would not let me talk. Then when I got upset she refused to have me as a patient and would not mail in my papers to get authorization.This cost me 3 months on starting to get my dentures. The only response I got was a form letter A i am sorry could have stopped all this.
