Nice folks, easy process. Mr. Neeleman assured me that things would turn out all right, and he didn't let me down. I was unemployed, following a divorce and years of medical problems. Took my money. Didn't do the work. Disregarded any concerns I had. Lied to me about the process. Brian Sheehan was scolded by the arbitrator for disregarding my disability and medical bills. Appeared the arbitrator was used to scolding Mr. Sheehan for not properly presenting a case. Arbitrator sent me packing. I now have much worse problems than when they took my case. Firm never got back to me after I contacted them afterwards.
