I am editing this review from my original 1 star posting. I bought some fabric there about a week ago, took it home, washed it according to instructions, and it shrunk 9 inches. The store refused to return it because they said I should have known that fabric shrinks 2-3 inches per yard. I don't sew much. I don't know that. After phone calls to the store, the corporate helpline, and an e-mail to customer service, a different store manager called me and told me I could come in and return the fabric. Huge hassle, but I did get my money back.

I spent $50 on 2 pieces of fabric at this store over the weekend to use for curtains, both over 3 yards. I washed it according to the instructions before I started sewing. One piece shrunk SEVEN inches, the other shrunk NINE inches. I called to complain and was told by a manager that I should just have known that cotton would shrink 2-3 inches per yard, and that none of their products are pre-shrunk. Everything else is pre-shrunk these days, why wouldn't fabric be? The fabric is now too short for my curtains. They refuse to refund me because they don't believe the product is defective, even though there was nothing that indicated the fabric would shrink that much.
