Horrible delivery experience. Delivery team was an hour and a half later than scheduled delivery window provided. When arrived did not have installation kit for one of our appliances (we were told they ran out?), damaged our kitchen counter when putting in, and did not take two of the appliances with them when they left which we paid for. We called to file a compliant and only thing provided was name and number of their insurance carrier to file a claim for our damaged counter.

I gave service one star because there was nothing lower like negative 10 star or no service. it is three days before Christmas and we have a old dishwasher sitting in the middle of our kitchen. We scheduled our appointment with a window time of 8-10. They walked in at 8 looked under the sink and said they could not do the job call your own plumber. They also refused to take the old one which we had paid to have done. They were rude and unprofessional. Everyone who answered the phone at JBC could only tell me what they could not do and all solutions would happen after Christmas. I explained that would not work i had a hundred people coming through my house Christmas day for a breakfast brunch. I called my own plumber and he came and had it put together in 30 minutes no problems. They problem they said they saw did not exist. They did not want to do the install. We are suppose to get refunds from them for the install and removal fees we paid, we will see.

This company should be shut down. They are extremely unprofessional and incompetent at best. Like most, I had to deal with them because of Home Depot appliance purchase. They could not remove an existing fridge, which would of been alright if they would not of thrown away parts and could not put it completely back together. There were several other issues before that but in the end they tried to deny the damage and would not accommodate me for the damage and other issues. I will not purchase anything else from home depot until they terminate their contract with this unbelievable terrible company.

I ordered a refrigerator from ...

I ordered a refrigerator from GE who hired JBC Product Management who hired Appliance Installations Plus to deliver the product. This company successfully caused (lowest estimate) $4600, (highest estimate) $6700 worth of damage to my home in the process. For 3 months I went back and forth with them on trying to get the damage fixed. They would offer to come out and fix it and then not show up. Ultimately I had to get 3 outside estimates. At this point JBC Product Management stepped in to act as middle man. JBC Product Management lied and said a settlement check was put in the mail on November 10th, when the check finally came it was postmarked November 17th, the day I called. Then the check was for much less than the estimates submitted. JBC Product Management and Appliance Installations Plus sold their integrity by paying out $1300 less than the lowest estimate. It's a bad company plain and simple. Avoid them so you don't go through the same ridiculous situation I did.
