Worst service ever!! It took over an hour for pancakes!! And could not get water of coffee refilled. Suggest you never go here.

My husband and I went to the ihop on N. Broadway in Everett,Wa and will never go back due to the fact that we were charged for water for our 2 yr. old grandson, then he asked for his senior discount, was told the don't give senior discounts. Too bad, as we have always enjoyed going there. Guess our business doesn't matter to them.

IHOP is still the best deal around. It has consistantly good food, generous portions and new items all the time. A great place to train your kids for eating in public.
