I work in the evening and do not get home until after 11p. That said, when I made my appointment, I was told to have my dog there around 7:30a. Lets be realistic. I RARELY arise befor 9:30 or 10a. I schedule my appointments accordingly. I get there around 7:45a with my maltese, and was told that I was REQUIRED to have the kennel cough vaccine for my dog. I informed her that when I made the appointment, I clearly informed her that I worked 2nd shift and that I was NOT informed of this policy and she REFUSED to take my dog without it and informing me that it was for my dogs own good which was CLEARLY not the ISSUE!!!!!! I informed her that IF I HAD been informed when the appointment was MADE, I would have happily had the vaccine prior to my arrival @ 7:45a the day of my appointment. She showed me a little 5 X 3 plaque that was sitting on the counter that informed me that my dog was required to have this vaccine. Now that helped, didn't it!!!! How can people be so inconsiderate??? By the way, she finally did admit that I should have been informed prior to my arrival.
