Provided by YP.comDr. Bilofsky is an unprofessional and incompetent doctor. I obtain his services for a deep chemical peel on my face and the results was nowhere near the results that he promised. On my follow up checkout three weeks later I addressed my concerns with him in a respectable manner; however, he quickly became defensive and lied about the things that he promised during the initial consultation. As of September 2008 I have obtain the services of a attorney due to the permanent facial scarring that I received by his chemical peel procedure.
