My second time around buying a car from this guys in several years, they are friendly, Courteous and very professional. Dani, Luis and Sam great guys. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot, I was greeted with a handshake and a smile. Sam made me feel comfortable and helped me along with the shopping process. After looking through a couple of cars, we finally found the one that fit my needs and had every option I was looking for. The paperwork was seamless and Brian made it go by smoothly and quickly. Within a week, my car was registered and all I had to do was show up and drive off the lot. This was by far my most pleasant experience when shopping for a vehicle. The price was fair & I truly felt as if they had my best interest in mind. I had to go back to the everett auto gallery for a couple of minor issues, the guys there were super nice and helpful. they took care of all my concerns and needs. Brian the manager i dealt with in the past is no longer there. and the company fully apologized for the way things were handled on the day i bought the car. I would recommend this place now as these guys took my concerns seriously and addressed the situation properly. Sam the manager and Luis the salesman both treated me with great respect.

Have been here a number of times for some repairs on my car. The mechanic is friendly, knowledgeable and seems to be honest. I drive an older vehicle, so when I go in for a repair, he tells me only what HAS to be done and makes sure I want to put more money into it. That, to me, means a lot because I have been to plenty of shops that would love to charge me for anything they could. Will definitely continue going here, even when I do finally get something new.

Recently purchased a used Infinity from Everett auto gallery. Friendly, helpful guys. process was stress free and fast. Car is great so far. Great experience. I will recommend them to friends and family and go back to them when its time for a new car.

It was a real easy & fast process. I purchased a Ford focus from there & haven't had any problems. They only think I wasn't crazy happy about was trying to park in the place, Next time just park next door & walk in.

Browsing on cars.com, I noticed a vehicle posted by this dealer. The next day, Luis called and asked if I am still interested in the vehicle. Hearing how professional he was, I hesitated to say no but showed up and found a great deal and superb professional support.
