This company is terrible...my first order they tried to charge me 25% more than the website price...I had to call them to fix. The next order they told shipping would be 30 when I confirmed every charge before confirming my order...then the invoice comes and they charged me 39. Then when I receive parts one of the boards has a damaged connector, they probably damaged it when removing the part.
So I call them to tell them, they actually wanted ME to pay shipping to return the damaged part....RIDICULOUS common sense...I need to pay for their negligence ...absolutely absurd!!! I would advise never to do business with a company lacking all common sense and looking out for their interests only!

VERY SATISFIED with my order from Tri-State Module! Very GOOD people to deal with! I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I've been contacting Tri State by phone, email, and online chat for a week now. No reply to any of my messages. They sent me a power supply that had bad capacitors. Is this how you treat your customers? Still haven't heard back, I am issuing a claim on my credit card.

I purchased a module for a t.v. it did not work. After reading the reviews I assumed the worse. I was told they would send another or if I didn't want the warranty replacement that it would be a 20% restocking fee. Which is understandable cause their not in the business of supplying electronic parts for people to troubleshoot with. Anyhow I was very rude to them and they still gave me great service. They shipped another board which worked perfectly. Plus they shipped it usps so it would arrive on Saturday. They also did a few things that I didn't expect but I can't write them on here cause I believe they went above their policy in this case. Anyhow I would recommend giving them a try. But just like any electronic part make sure that is your problem before ordering cause if your trying out parts to fix a problem it may cost you a restocking fee. They did come through for me in the end. Start to finish and my TV working was 5 days with the bad part.

Ripped Off....Do not do business with. Sent my old light engine from my sony tv after they said they would buy it for $50. I am out postage and insurance i paid to send out. They acknowledged receiving and said it would be a week and they would send check. Well after numerous calls and excuses and several months I gave up. I contacted the attorney generals office in my home state and they could not do anything since TSM is in different state. Hiring an attorney would be more $$$ with no guarantee. They may sound great on the phone but beware.

Tri-State module is not someone I can recommend to do business with. When my optical block went out, I scrapped my TV out and contacted TSM to see if they were interested in buying the optical block so they could rebuild it and resell it. They replied yes and that they would give me $50 for it. I spent a good hour removing it from my TV, carefully packaging it, and mailing it to them. That was 5 months ago and I have still not received my money. I contacted them numerous times and would never get a reply back from them. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and TSM keeps promising to pay me (only to satisfy the BBB), although they never have to date. I know its only $50, but is the principle that you should be able to trust a business such as this. Bad and unethical of them to treat a customer like this.

Smooth transaction and very quick shipping to Canada. Part was as described and allowed me to repair my plasma TV. They were also among the least expensive from the other competitors. Recommended.

My Panasonic Viera plasma tv went out on monday (no power). I looked for different companies online and chose tri-sate because of there professionally designed website.

Ordered the part (power supply board) on Monday night, recieved it on Wed. morning.

Just received a sony main board for 69.95. Installed ti and it is like new. Dealer wanted 200.00 just to look at it. They also have a warranty that has free return shipping.

Recently, my LCD TV, Samsung LN46B630 stopped working - it didn't power up. Warranty is expired. Samsung estimated $600 in repairs - a half of the ORIGINAL (2 years ago) TV's price. The very same TV already had the very same problem 1.5 years ago and it was fixed by warranty, and the problem was in the main board. So, I found the model name of the main board and ordered it from TSM. It was just $105 - 2.5 times cheaper than ordering from Samsung or other vendors. Delivered in just 3 days and the TV is alive again and just for $105! Perfect!

This is the worse company to deal with. I wouldn't accept tv parts from them if they were free. They say they have a money back guarantee but do not honor it. The parts they ship are substandard and they blame you for them not working. Buyer be very aware and spend your money elsewhere.
