Dr. Williamson was professional, fast, and kind. My 1 year-old child was tired, and thrashing with my mother outside the exam door, and she responded with urgency and professionalism in delivering her expertise. Her thoroughness and friendliness, while remaining calm and focused, is why I would recommend her to anyone.

Horrible experience. Glasses did not have the right lenses in them. Had to take them back to be corrected and they acted like it was my fault. And the 2 pairs for $69 is a total lie! I paid over $700 and I didn't even have bifocals! Complete rip-off!

worst experience of my life.8 pairs of glasses before I got a pair that was right! The first pair broke with in 2 hours of receiving them, next pair did not have the anti glare so I could not drive at night,next came in with the lenses up side down,next 3 pairs broke with in 48 hrs.7th pair broke when the clerk removed them from the eye glass case.needless to say I exploded. Management avoided me after the 2nd or 3rd pair. One of the laidies who worked in the back came out to calm me dow. She helped me pick out a different team because obviously the frames I had ordered were junk. She threw in a pair of presription sunglassesthe for all grief I had been through. That was 2yrs ago. I'am now wearing my 10yr old glasses because the glasses I bought from Station optical for $325.00 are so cloudy I can barely see through them.Every time I drive past their store with the big glass windows I have this over welming urge to throw a big rock at Station Optical.I recommend you never use this place in Evansville Indiana.I rated this with 1 star because it would not let me post if I did not.

Glasses were made incorrectly. I was told I would need to pay 20% of cost for new lens. I received the managers card but I did not talk with him as I thought.

Corporate let me know that it was my problem not hers and it is the policy of this company to NOT refund purchase price " to bad, so sad"

Once they have your money that do not care I wasted $545.00 hard earned money and then had to have new glasses made and pay again thru my optician

Repeat customer, Stanton's has made my glasses the last few years and I haven't had any problems at all. They accept most insurances and do a great job.

Horrible business. I was there 3 hours to get glasses and contacts. Took an hour to check out. The manager noticed it was taking so long. She said she would help then went on lunch break. The man who checked me out was so rude. I would not recommended anyone to this business. Eye mart is definitely a better choice.

Terrible service, deceitful

They messed up 4 pairs of glasses that we paid $700 for! Not 2 for $69 by the way. Alexis, the black hair, fast talker is rude, condescending liar. They refused money back on my 2 pairs of glasses that were like wearing drunk goggles, saying the we're properly made so I couldn't get my money back. Then later saying the focal point and base curves were wrong but that didn't justify getting my money back, still refusing to admit they were WRONG. There are 3 parts to glasses; base curve, focal point and prescription. If 2 out of 3 are incorrect. They are WRONG. Stay away from this place. They have a corporate BBB rating of a D+. Ha! Supprised they deserve that. They don't give you the paper work about the return or refund policy and say Its on a little piece of paper where they sign your glasses out. The glasses take weeks to come in if you have a fairly high script. And it took me 7 days to get mine which are a med strength script. AVOID THIS PLACE!

And they call this a business!!! OMG!!! Worst experience of my life! Hope I just finally get my glasses after returning them 3 times and over a month of dealing with broken promises, long waits on hold on the phone, radiculous.
