I would give this place 0 stars if I could.... I went out there looking for a small place for my family....what I found was standing water in most of the yards even tho it hadn't rained in 4 days, clogged drains, busted up vacant trailers, and a pitiful excuse for a play ground! The water is standing in the middle of yards, around trailers, and along the roadside....I can only imagine the mosquito population in that place! No thanks I'll pass
