Me and my husband moved out six months ago because the apartments have slugs and spiders in them. Also the apartments are way overpriced--Cross Lake is nicer for less and they throw in cable. The property manager is a real pill and very rude to the very people she takes money from. We now live in Cross Lake which i highly recommend...stay away from this property.

I am a new resident and moved in mid-May. We were so excited about moving in here because we believed it was going to be a nice place to live and and the office staff were so friendly. I went in today to pay my first full months rent and was treated rudely by the manager, Holly. I went in smiling and told her that I was dropping off my rent. I had believed it was due by the 5th. She told me very sharply right in front of someone else "I can't take that, you're late.". I asked why because I thought rent was due by the 5th and she said it was due by the 4th and I had to now pay with certified funds. I was shocked. It was a simple misunderstanding on my part and had they given me a copy of the lease I would have known the date and I would have happily paid it on the 4th. I am never late on my rent payments. They could have at least allowed me to pay the rent plus the late fee with a check instead of making me get a money order. It was an honest mistake and I am shocked at how poorly the manager treated me. I felt like I was treated like trash when she was so abrupt and cold with me. Tom however was very polite even though I was upset. My husband even called to speak with the staff and Holly treated him very rudely. I previously worked in management for many years and this kind of treatment towards clients is totally unacceptable. Yes, I may have misunderstood and been late but I still deserve respect. This gives me a very bad taste for Pavilion Lakes.

Worst place I have ever lived! You will only hear from management if they are sending you a bill for something. Nothing will ever get fixed by maintenance and you will be charged for these issues that the maintenance people do not fix. I hope you have plenty of money to throw away if you decide to live in this dump. You will be charged for numerous fees that you will not be notified of until management is demanding payment. FYI DO NOT LIVE HERE!
