Very nice, friendly staff, so this "Jaklyn" girl obviously never stopped at this place. Besides, no "old men" work there that I've ever seen. Not just that, but a mechanic will NEVER give a price without getting some knowledge of what the car needs. Hence with me they gave me a rough estimate AFTER finding what my car needed. They kept me in the loop the entire time, didn't overcharge a dime (cheaper than any other place that gave me a quote). Was pretty quick on service as it was actually a major job. Spend over $2k when everyone else quoted me $2500 plus and McCullough did extras that I never even got quoted at the other places. Don't believe foul mouthed hatred, please. I can clearly see why these people have been in business for so many years. Besides, $200 is NOT expensive at all.

I brought my car here when I noticed smoke coming from my hood. It was the closest place I could get to. Before even looking at my car, the old man told me it was going to be expensive to fix it. I told him I didn't know much about the problem but thanked him very much for letting me know he would look at it. He did so, and told me it would be about $200 plus $30 for antifreeze. I called my mechanic and told him the problem in front of the man and asked him how much it would be for him to fix it, just comparing prices. While on the phone, the old man proceeded to cuss me out with a friend and laugh at me behind my back, making rude remarks after everything I said to my mechanic about how ignorant I am. After hanging up the phone and coming to the conclusion that I definitely wouldn't be having my car worked on here, and that my car would be towed to my mechanic, the old man said to me "I don't why the hell you even parked your car here," and asked me to wait outside for the tow company to come. Mind you, it's 18 degrees outside and my car is not running whatsoever. It took about three hours for my insurance company to go through everything they have to in order to get a tow truck to me, the entire time I'm standing out in the freezing cold. I would advise against anyone going to this place. I would definitely have to say I have never been treated so terribly by a company in my entire life. This man was extremely rude and had no compassion for me whatsoever. Do not give this man your business. Keep in mind I made an account on this page just to write this review and let everyone know how awful the service is at McCullough's.
