I will never recommend. They came out twice to look at our dishwasher, provided bad advice and never fixed the problem. After five months of continuing grit on our dishes, I called another Company (Mayer) who immediately determined the problem and fixed our dishwasher at a much cheaper price. Kevin Mayer immediately fixed the problem because he knew what he was doing and he took the time to diagnose. I politely called Hagan’s and requested a refund and they said they could not, that too much time had passed and that they had qualified technicians. I explained to him that our dishwasher was never fixed and it did not matter to them. Be very careful with this Company.

Fast, courteous, and efficient, they came out next day, diagnosed my problem and replaced the washer seal the next morning. The thing I liked most, was that they tested the repair before they left to make sure it was in working order, also gave me good advice. I would recommend them for your appliance repair.
