The place is cool, it's got a great atmosphere but the food was a little bland. We love the band that was playing that night though..we'd return just for them.

I was so appalled by the service I received when attempting to place a simple carry out order at about 630 on Saturday night, that my mother and I (who were simply looking for a quick meal for my nieces and ourselves) took our business elsewhere. I'd like to start by saying after spending ten years in the restaurant industry, I tend to be overly forgiving and understanding of poor service as long as the individual is trying to do their job well (especially during busy periods). Initially, the greeting was in short unprofessional. Neither the name of the employee nor the name of the business I was calling were provided. Not even a "how are you?" Which can all be forgiven despite a complete lack of etiquette or typical business phone protocol. I told her I would like to place a carry out order and asked a very simple question, what comes on your House pizza? She could have said anything. For example, she could have listed ingredients or explained that they didn't have a "house" pizza. I have never eaten there, I wouldn't have known. But she chose to rudely proclaim "I can't deal with this" without even having the good sense to move the phone away from her mouth so I couldn't hear her. Some one else picked up the phone, and I promptly requested a manager. I was talking to him, she had handed the phone directly to a manager in the middle of her rude statement! I still had to explain why I was upset and his response was completely complacent, "she acts like that sometimes" and no real apology was offered. That to says to me the business can't control the employees, the employees don't care about the business and neither does management, and they dont belong in the service industry. If you "can't deal" with costumers, don't work in customer service. My parents have been regulars there for years and they will not be back, neither will I.
