New to the area, I did a lot of research before choosing GR Freeman Heating & Air when my AC unit stopped working. I loved how their website customer reviews were mostly from people who had repairs done on existing units instead of buying a new one. Most of the other Heating and Air websites were the exact opposite. I also checked the reviews online from other rating websites and nextdoor dot com. Besides showing up the same day I called them, they also called right before they came to tell me they were on their way. They explained everything they were checking and had it back running again in no time. On top of all that, they only charge $50 extra for emergency calls after normal hours of business and that goes directly to the technician. Very happy with their service!

I had a problem with the service call and after calling the company Greg (the owner) came over and resolved the issue very professionally. Because of his concern I decided to have a maintenance contract with them. I recommend G.R. Freeman.
