At first I thought these guys did a great job. They were responsive and friendly, and on the move out day worked hard. However.... after the moving truck showed up at our destination it was clear they were not professionals. We hired them to pad/pack and load the last half of our ABF moving truck. I had loaded most of the boxes myself, but needed someone to pad and pack our furniture and carry it out of the house. They did such a poor job at packing that many of our belongings came in damaged and/or broken. We rented and purchased over 90 moving pads, rolls of furniture wrap, tarps, boxes, tape, etc... so they could pack our items carefully (they had almost 20 pads leftover!!!!). Some items were packed fine, but many others were packed against each other with no padding at all. I have attached some pictures showing their poor effort . Our custom made coffee table was standing up on end with no padding on it at all - it was leaning against another table (wood to metal surfaces touching) - they rubbed against each other and damaged each other, one leg was broken off the coffee table because they used it like a shelf to support other heavy items, they loaded our heavy mini fridge on top of cardboard boxes full of kitchen supplies - it crushed the boxes damaging contents and rubbed against our un-padded dining table leaf - messing up the side of the fridge, and wearing a hole in the top surface finish of the table leaf. They put a metal garbage can without any padding on top of our leather $$$ sectional sofa. They didn't wrap/pad the sectional at all - just stacked it up. There are lots of other small items to complain about, but I think you can see the theme!
When I contacted them to try and resolve this issue. They said they are not responsible for it since they did not drive the truck. One of the proprietors stated that when this has happened before they found out they are not legally responsible.

They were hired to wrap and move our things onto an ABF truck for safe transport. While my husband was picking up a moving truck they loaded a leather couch without wrapping it and put a metal outdoor garbage can on top, unwrapped white leather chairs packed against metal wall of moving truck. A leg broke off a coffee table they piled things on top of and my dress form was crushed. I feel they took advantage of him not being there to do sloppy work. By the time he was as back the truck was packed and he was unable to see the unwrapped furniture.
We bought extra pads for them to use- however there was a pile of unused pads at the back of the truck.
Their owner's response was they are not responsible for any of the damage they caused. They state they hav been taken to arbitration for this previously and were held unresponsible- know that this is the type of company you are using before you trust them with your things.
The amount of damage they incurred is about twice the amount we paid to have them improperly pack our furniture.
I posted a negative review on their Facebook site (where they claim to have unedited reviews) and they pulled this down.
BEWARE- there are other negative reviews out there but you have to dig to find them, thanks to their editing. Check out the Better Business Bureau's site for other complaints and how they bash other customers who have had similar service to what we are experiencing.

Great experience, fast and professional service. I highly recommend them and will use them again when the need arises.

Absolutely wonderful!!!! Called on a Sunday afternoon, they were there within an hour and had it handled!!!! Saved me, and my family a lot of pain. Fully intend on using them again when the time comes!
