Robert had my dryer element fixed with in one hour of the time I called him to completetion. We have used him several times over the last 20 years. He is always professional and fair. It’s nice to know you can call reliable local repair man. Excellent job.

I was in need of a new furnace right away. Robert had one ordered and installed the same week at a far lower price than my other estimate. He and his workers were very professional and I felt comfortable with them being inside my home. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

Robert was very friendly. We were disappointed with the length of time. He talked me out of using another local company and said he could fix our refrigerator that same day. He couldnt. Said he didn't have the part. He told me the cost of cost of the part that needed replacing and said that the company he buys from doesn't charge him shipping. I researched online and I could have bought the part for half the cost. He came and made the repair 4 days later and the cost of the oart increased $8 from what he told me and he also charger me $12 for shipping and handling. When he told me there was no charge on his end. I asked if he was sure that is what he wanted to charge because he told me differently. He made the choice to charge me more than initially promised l, therefore I am posting an honest and poorly rated review of him and his service. I wouldn't use him again. He was friendly but dishonest, expensive and time line for repair was too long.
