It's great to have the items you need to select from but it's another thing when you never receive them! We count on the medical supplies we order now we are completely out........and no phone support not a good sign!

PLEASE don't use this company. I ordered Boost protein drink for a friend with stage four cancer. They sent the case to me instead, I explained it was supposed to be sent to her as I requested. I have tried to contact them regarding their error. They have no phone support. They don't answer emails. I explained how it was vital to get her the protein drink. They don't respond.

Teri was awesome to work with. Got my items without any issues. The ordering process was completely easy and I had no problems.
