Have had many encounters with this post office. They seem to pride themselves on not telling the truth. Customer service is NOT considered a priority here. Better off going to another branch for any assistance if you can help it!

I usually have no problems with this location except when I request to stop and start delivery of my mail when i go away for a length of time. When this request goes into effect, the delivery of the mail stops on the STOP date and resumes on the START date. The held mail are usually bunched up and delivered on the START date as well. I have had instances where the mail kept on coming after the STOP date and also instances where the mail continued to be held after the START date. I am very eager to see the Post Office manual showing the procedure how to accomplish this particular task. Can I get a copy of this procedure? MMP 1/09/08
