I highly recommend Mauricio Rubio! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and will really work with you to make sure you get the best deal. It's very evident that he cares a lot about his customers and what he does. As someone who is typically very intimidated by car dealerships, he did a great job to make me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

I was met by Don Mekoola who went over all services for my auto. Everything was thoroughly explained including costs involved. Service was finished close to time mentioned.

Don Mekoola is who I prefer to deal with. I've never had a complaint coming here, I actually enjoy it and I always walk away satisfied. Don is so helpful and reassuring, he's patient when answering my questions and gives me honest information.

I have been a loyal customer of The Autobarn of Evanton for the last five years and have always extremely satisfied. And as for the service department, Don Mekoola makes sure that my Altima is up to date on everything it needs. He is a professional by all standards and delivers quality service in a timely manner. Max Vilic was my sales person and he has the knowledge and professionalism of how to treat a customer and understand what a customer needs and wants when buying a car. My car purchase was completed in just few hours and staff at finance Salko and Mike made the payment process affordable and easy to understand. Also, Martin another sales rep took his time to show me how all the electronics in the new car work and educated me on how to best take care of my new car. Thanks Nissan staff for great service ����

Overall my experience with Autobarn has been really great. Although the pricing for parts and services is at a premium, this is typical of dealerships, so no surprise there. What has really stood out to me is the willingness of the staff to go above and beyond to make sure that I'm taken care of. In particular, Myriam Mcready, the Nissan Serivice Manager, went out of her way to make sure that I got the repair I needed through my auto insurance. Without her diligence and integrity, I would have been in much worse shape and may have had to pay for something I was not responsible for. Truly outstanding service! Also, the technicians have been nothing but excellent in their work on my car. A++

When I went to Nissan to get my tire fixed I was helped by Alex Gallegos. He was very friendly and made sure that I knew exactly what they were going to do to fix my car. He even helped me save $150 on this last visit. I would not hesitate to return for service in the future.

Chris Maths was wonderful when I came in for my oil change on October 9th. He even complimented me on the great condition of my 2000 Altima!
