I ordered a box of yarn from them through ebay, I was sent the wrong item when it arrived... I opened a case because they did not reply to the messages. after the case was opened I received a reply saying that "it seems like you have had returns and sellers have blocked you" I was confused. Even though I am not As huge as a seller on Ebay than essexestateservices But the search I ran also found issues with them. After this, I just closed the return.... after the demands of multiple pictures I sent them To Prove they were wrong, and Left a review that triggered an extremely unprofessional reaction in the reply. Just sharing my experience
