Many times I have taken multiple cars to this particular Sparkle with excellent results. This time I happen to have some trouble with my jeep and the manager, Lee, went above and beyond to assist me. He even drove to his home to get parts from his garage to help me. Lee is a true Southern gentleman and My entire family will continue to be loyal customers. I recommend Sparkle in Evans to anyone for their impeccable customer service. Thank you again Lee. Great fully yours, Amy

The older man with blue eyes that was working at Sparkle Express, Belair Road, Evans, GA yesterday (10/15/11 at 12:30 pm) cussed me out in front of other customers and my elderly (83 year old) grandmother! He hurt my feelings and talked to me as if I was a DOG!!! As far as the car wash is is the best I have found in this area but because of this inicident I will NEVER return! That is no way to talk with your customers or fellow man. When I confronted him about his attitude towards me, he never, NEVER said "I am sorry." but passed the buck to other customers. In this down economy there are many unemployed workers that would be happy to have his job. I am still hurt by his actions yesterday but I have to get ready now for church. I plan to say a prayer for this man that was so RUDE to me. May you have a blessed day and please watch what you say to your fellow man. God bless you!
