We have called on Black Knight for a few different services, when we needed a chimney sweep, when our furnace venting needed to be relocated, and when we needed a chimney cap. Oh where do I begin ! Please don't use this company for an inspection if you ever hope to sell your home ! It's a money making scam they say you need tons of repairs ? Want to recline your chimneys for big money scared away buyers twice ! Said we need $12,000 plus to fix hired a local guy I spent 1,350 they wanted to do a bunch of unneeded things to make money ! Beware
