Nothing but headaches and frustration with this company. Jason, whom I have been attempting to correspond with via e-mail is virtually uncommunicative and lacks in any sort of professionalism when finding the time to respond to messages. I have had to contact the company more than once in instances where they should have been keeping me updated. In all regards I have attempted to give Living Towers the benefit of the doubt and have been gravely disappointed. DO NOT BOTHER. FIND ANOTHER DISTRIBUTOR. When looking for grow lights search directly through Hydrofarm's website and avoid Living Towers at all costs.
