I've been there a few times now for myself and a friend. You can't go wrong with this shop. Fred and the employees, I have dealt with, have been Honest, professional and knowledgable. very reasonable rates as well. They went above and beyond for the master cylinder and rear brake work I had done recently on my 97 silverado...There were some issues, from previous work, but they figured it all out. The mechanic took 15 minutes and explained everything they did, answered all my questions including the bleeding process on these trucks which is a bit different.

I was stranded in Eureka Springs, at Inn Of The Ozarks Best Western. I was jump started by hotel staff and drove to O'Reillys Auto Parts .They diagnosed bad alternator and shipped in a new one, arriving next day. Fred's agreed to install when it arrived. Tim diagnosed the car and said there was nothing wrong with battery or alternator. He gave me the confidence to drive home to Tulsa,Ok. without delay or incident. I cannot thank you enough Tim for saving our girls weekend. You were very professional and very nice.

They are top rated in my book. Went to Kway they said just buy another vehicle. Freds had me fixed up in a matter of days!
