Getting my car a 4000 lb object that moves at 30 mph in town . I wouldn’t trust any one else to put me safely back on the road .

Ross was extremely helpful and professional! I came to their shop with a huge scratch going down the side of my vehicle. Ross gave his honest opinion on how to repair the scratch!! Plus by listening to his advice, I saved tons of money. My car looks new again. I am very thankful for the excellent customer service and quality of work that was done on my car! Thank you. The worst customer service available in Humboldt County. I would never go back after how i was treated. They did a mediocre job on my car and were miserable to work with. Take you business somewhere else, to a company who will treat you like a human being

My car was hit by a raccoon, and referred to this shop by Mid City Mazda. The only "quality job" I see done on my car is a decent bumper, besides that.. My car now has a broken driver window (will not roll down or up, because the guy said he couldn't roll it up so they just PULLED it up-- breaking the mechanism inside) now it won't work at all!!

My co2 sensor came on while in the shop, (obviously something they did must have fell on it and split the wire because there is an abrasion on it now) and would they cover that? Nope! They ordered refurbished parts from MAINE and I didn't get my car back for 2 weeks.. And there's still stuff wrong with it. Terrible service, Skip was very rude when we brought the car back to show him the window-- he was basically yelling at us in the parking lot that he won't fix it. Just ridiculous never had so many problems.. And Geico wasn't much help either. GO TO KREATIONS! F*!K this shop!
