Had I known that getting my questions answered about going to another couple of doctors made an employee bitter, would've skipped it. The phones are impossible to get thru and then the reference dept is just no pleasant.

I have been going here for about 20 years and I think they're great. They have a lot of doctors, so if mine cannot see me right away they find someone who will. The doctors and staff are friendly, and I almost never wait very long to see a doctor. I highly recommend Kaner Medical Group. They have 2 locations (close to one another) and I have been to, and appreciate both.

Kaner Medical Group offers a full range of diagnosis and therapy for those afflicted with new or chronic allergies that can hinder otherwise healthy individuals who are afflicted by seasonal allergic reactions or long-term disorders. The doctors and staff spent quality time with me and helped plan a long-term solution to my bronchitis. I recommend this group to anyone with allergies.

Kaner Medical Group = Bad Business

Since I complained about Kaner Medical Group (KMG) - who is over my now previous primary care physician, Dr. Lyn Berutti - and their unethical treatment of patients I began receiving shoddy service and care – specifically from the KMG employees. It is my opinion that Kaner Medical Group (KMG) are solely in the medical field to make a buck, there is no real concern for the human being holding the dollar bill.

I was charged a whopping $99.00 by Kaner Medical Group (KMG) for a single copy of my medical file. When I raised objection to this cost and to their 'policy' of charging for my records the CEO of Kaner Medical Group (KMG) (that would be Judith M. Kutler) had the audacity to come into my waiting room and throw her title around as if to try to intimidate me. I asked for her business card and for a copy of the 'standard operating procedure' she kept referring to (as if I wasn't educated enough to know what an SOP was...really?) and she ‘promised’ that she would have a copy for me in the mail the next day. That was well over two months ago. I am still waiting to receive a copy of that "standard operating procedure" that Ms. Kutler PROMISED to mail to me. "You have my word..." were her 'words' and quite frankly, in my opinioin, Judith M. Kutler, CEO of Kaner Medical Group (KMG), well her words are not worth much, if anything at all, based on her broken promise. Kaner Medical Group (KMG) is an unethical company forcing the doctors who work within their group to overbook patients (long wait time), over charge patients for ANYTHING they can get away with, and to drop patients at their whim. I would NOT recommend anyone to see ANY doctor who works under the Kaner Medical Group (KMG) name. You will not receive adequate care, you will be overcharged, and you will be dropped should you happen to voice disagreement with anything Kaner Medical Group (KMG) practices.

It is in no way possible to give a good physician rating for Dr. Lyn Marie Berutti when this doctor agrees with such an unethical company (Kaner Medical Group (KMG)) under whom she works.

In a nutshell, Dr. Lyn Berutti dropped both myself and my daughter from her care because I complained about the ridiculously exorbitant pricing practices of Kaner Medical Group (KMG) and so the “management” of Kaner Medical Group (KMG) - that would be Judith M. Kutler, CEO - had Dr. Lyn Marie Berutti, DO, send letters of discharge to us. Bad Business!
