Is he is still walking the earth

This is how these air heads. Make money. They get some " contract" on the owner of a house. Thier is illusionary promise not to spend 250 dollars or more. With out the owners approval. Then they spend a thousand or so in 150 dollar increments. Like wow John Tronrude your so honest. Can you substaintiate any of these supposed work orders . Well no my handi man does all the work. Oh I see. Your fired. I complained to the real estate agency. He mocks me and calls me a drunk and many other such stupid , lame brain things you can expect. From this hell bound liar. May God have mercy on his lying soul.

Rude people --

We walked in and Jon and his admin were standing in the office with backs facing us. Took them a while to even notice we came in even though we said hello. The gal said what do you want, very rudely. I told her the home we wanted to see and she acted disgusted she had to deal with us. We are two professionals in banking and in Real Estate moving to the area. After we filled out the form and paid money to take a key to the house watching her roll her eyes at us, we turned back and asked to speak to the owner Jon and he said he would not talk to us and said have a good day! We decided if that is their introduction to new prospective tenants then they must be crooks and don't want to deal with anyone with a brain. We got far better treatment by Northwood's and are renting a beautiful home the end of this month. I would never go back to Jon or his admin again.

Worst Management Company in Eugene

Valley Investment Property is by far the worst company I have ever rented from. The house I moved into was anything but clean when I moved in.There was still garbage in drawers. My hot water for my washer leaked and instead of fixing it their maintenance man just tightened it and told me I wouldn't be able to use it.My roof started leaking in the middle of winter and I called them several times about it. They sent their maintenance man out and he told me he would be back to fix it on a nicer day. He never fixed it.... When it came time to move out they came up with a bill of almost 700 dollars in "late fees" they claimed I owed. 82.75 per late fee when my rental agreement clearly stated 50.00 per late fee. These people are crooks and liars. Don't rent from them!!

AWFUL

I rented through VIP this year, and had the absolute worst time with them. We were forced to move in much earlier than planned, and when we moved in the house wasn't even ready. The oven did not work, hot tub did not work, lights wouldn't turn on, light bulbs weren't replaced, lawn wasn't mowed, washer and dryer BOTH were not working, and the dryer destroyed countless amounts of clothes. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. The women in the office are absolutely horrible to talk to, and after you sign your lease, they're even worse. They have no common sense, and no respect for anyone. I wish I would have know prior to moving into this company that we would be screwed over so badly. Shame on you VIP.

You'll be sorry if you rent from VIP

"Don't rent from Valley Investment Properties!!! They are the worst property management company I have ever rented from. Even after signing a piece of paper acknowledging the unclean condition the property was rented to me in they still continued to charge me for cleaning the items upon my moving out. They took my money and they'll take yours!! They are unresponsive and accept no responsibility for the property they rented to me! Absolutely horrible!!!"

Valley Investment properties is a FRAUD

If anyone out there is thinking about renting a property from valley investment, you would be wise to reconsider. The owner of the company Jon L. Tronrud(sounds like a scumbag name, huh?) makes his money by stealing from college kids. He claims damage to units that was already there. And if your positive that you didn't do the damage and decide to sue him in small claims court, get this, he charges you $50 per hour. If this doesn't sound like someone you would like to deal with let alone rent from, you would be very smart to seek a different rental company. There are many more solid and reputable ones in Eugene. Also one other thing. His company doesn't do walk though's. So if you think that there might be something that you missed, don't count on them to tell you about it until they have already taken your security deposit.
