I have been working on my RV for days trying to trace down an electrical problem. I finally gave up and called Shelby's. Gail knew what the problem was very quickly and scheduled me an appointment the very next morning to get it fixed. This saved me with the family so we can use the RV for the weekend. He also quoted me a more than fair price. It is good to see that true customer service is not dead and gone. Thanks! Shelby's

While travelling through Eugene on a roadtrip, the fuse to my brake lights kept blowing. A local auto parts store directed us to Shelby's.



They spent about two or three hours hunting down the problem, continuing even after they closed on a friday afternoon. They were friendly, had a great attitude, and kept me apprised of the progress. When the problem was finally found after dismantling half of the dash, they fixed the problem and quoted a very fair price for the work.



We were able to continue our trip with only a short delay thanks to the guys at Shelby's.



I definitely recommend them!
