So My Ford ranger decided to break down today! I called around to find some very rude tow companies in Eugene until I called Ray's Towing.
So I called and the dispatcher understood that I was having a terrible day. He was very friendly (Eddie i believe). he told me it was going to be 45 minutes so 30 minutes went by and here comes this amazingly clean truck. they hooked up my car and hauled me to my shop of my choice without any problems. the driver was also very professional . the rates for this outstanding company seemed very low for the experience i received.
I would just like to tell everyone what a excellent experience i had with Ray's Towing. and to the Boss whoever this is keep doing what you are doing you have an amazing crew and Thank You I will always use Ray's Towing and will recommend you to everyone that I know.

Best towing experience! The person who answered the phone was friendly, and he went out of his way to make sure that I got the best bargain possible in my situation. Rode with the driver for almost an hour to town, and had a great conversation. Felt very comfortable and the truck was clean! They did a great job all around. Great customer service, friendly, and got my car where it needed to be very quickly. I will always call Rays if I need a tow, and I highly recommend Rays to anyone else who needs a tow.

I asked to be taken to a specific shop. They convinced my friend to take it to a different place. I was furious when I called My Shop and the car was missing. I wander what they get paid to steer a car to another shop. Do not trust them.

Ray's Towing has picked up my car twice now and both times have been so amazing. We live in Coos Bay and our 16 year old daughter was driving our Honda in Eugene and accidentally locked the keys inside the car. I called Rays Towing it was 9:30 pm and explained the situation that my 16 year old daughter had locked the keys in the car and needed help. After taking all of my information the person from Rays asked if the car was registered in my daughters name I told him no but it is registered in my name and we both have the same last name and address on our licenses and rather rudely the man said it is there company policy to only open a car for the registered owner even though we could prove she is my daughter and its our family Honda with same last name, address ETC.. I understand Rays Towing concern about opening cars for people that may not be theirs but in this situation there was no heart involved.

I had AAA send Ray's towing as my car wouldn't start. The truck arrived in half an hour and the operator seemed friendly and quite knowledgeable and tried a couple of things (I had already tried a jump- I told him that) before fixing a starter loose connection by tapping it lightly with a hammer. I eventually didn't need a tow.

AAA sent Ray's towing out twice now to jump start my dead batteries and each time, the drivers were fast, friendly, and they gave me a lot of advice about my car. Plus, they came out to my car within 20 minutes of my call to AAA. I'm guessing the reviewer before me misunderstood the "let you die" comment and Ray's probably meant let the car die.

I called to use Ray's Towing battery replacement service. When the technician arrived, he said, "I don't have that battery with me." He jumped me and said, "Let's go to Company X, I'll follow you." When we arrived, he just kept on driving. I waited 10-15 minutes, then called to ask where he was. The guy on the phone said he was too busy to talk to me, but eventually did. When I explained what happened, he said, "So you expected him to go in, buy you a battery and replace it?" I said that that was exactly what I expected since I was using a battery replacement service. He that said, "Well he did more than he had to by following you. Maybe next time he should just let you die." Yup, he said that I should have been left to die. Very professional. Do not use this service.
