Horrible! They were an hour late for a first time pre-scheduled deep clean appointment. After only about 2 hours they were "done". Basically they wiped off the surface of everything, but didn't actually do any real cleaning. They say on their website that they would return to finish cleaning if unsatisfied or return your money, so I contacted them. Called several times, tried to set up appointment, said they'd get back to me about coming back to finish cleaning but then they never called me back, never received a refund either. I was having guests over that weekend and spent 6 hours finishing what I had hired them to do. Very dissatisfied.

I was very unhappy with the service provided. The employees were unsupervised, unprepared and untrained, They took many brakes and asked to be paid in cash at the end of the day. Their boss was not available to help till next day.
