We enjoy living here. We haven't had any problems with the management, other tenants or pets. The have always responded quickly to my concerns. We love living here.

I concur with the previous review. I could write a novel on the horrible experiences I've had at this place. First, they lost one of my rent checks, threatened me with eviction, and proceeded to charge me $40 for late rent when they finally found the check ( of course, only after my persistent demands that they find it before I wrote out a new check). The landlords are flat out clueless and disorganized.Second, when my dog was attacked by another off-leash dog (Greystone purports to have a strict on-leash policy... HAH) and I reported the description of the animal and unit where it lived, the landlords couldn't care less. No fine, not even a reprimand for the tenants who owned the dog. Talked to a neighbor and the same dog had even attacked their cat several times, reported it to the landlords, and nothing was done.Like the previous review said, there are hordes of kids, EVERYWHERE. They are unsupervised, play in the parking lots, won't move when a car approaches, leave their stuff around the paths for you to trip on, and vandalize cars and other property. And God forbid you display any form of frustration towards them, you'll get reported to the landlords. The place is LOUD. Kids run around the lots screaming well into the night, people have loud get-togethers complete with copious amounts of pot smoking (you can't open your windows at night without choking on it), and cars are constantly coming and going while blasting loud music. Finally, this place flat-out isn't safe or a comfortable place to live. After living here for a mere eight months, I've had my mailbox broken into and credit cards stolen, property vandalized, and a bike stolen. It's hard to say whether these were tenants, people from the homeless mission across the street (they're constantly around rummaging around through trash), or a combination of both. I've resorted to carrying around mace any time I have to leave at night, both to protect myself and my dog. Please, please heed my warning. I read horrible reviews on other websites, but chose to ignore them. Hell, how horrible could the place be to outweigh their liberal pet policy and relatively affordable rent? DON'T. DO. IT. They will gouge you. You will have property stolen or vandalized. You will be reported to the landlords by their cronies for any minor infraction, while the cronies can do whatever they please with no reprimand. You will, on many occasions, not be able to study or sleep with peace and quiet. You are probably better off pitching a tent somewhere than renting from this place.

This place has HORRIBLE management! Unless you're friends with them...We had the worst neighbors living there and had to complain regularly about the dogs barking. The management did nothing! They charge ridiculous fees for minor damages. They lose peoples rent and then threaten eviction for their mistakes. Terrible communication. There are children everywhere. They're unsupervised. They don't clean up after themselves. They play in the street; and they have no respect for anyone else's things. They say there's a charge if you don't clean up after you dog, but that's not true--there's poop everywhere. And there's always like twenty cars in the street. I hope a fire truck never needs to get to the apartments. This place just sucks. Do yourself a favor and DON"T BOTHER RENTING HERE!!!
