LOW BALL APPRAISAL USING NON-COMPARABLE PROPERTIES

Negative! Low ball appraising by inexperienced appraisers. Non-comparative properties were used for comparative properties. The value is way more than the county's real market value. Real estate brokers also say this. Yet the appraisal was about the same as five years ago and 122,876 below the county's real market value of 797,876. So, it did not gain value in 5 years?? This is prime development property right on Willamette St. near 20th with a duplex and 2 houses. The appraisal is a joke! It was sloppily and hastily done!

Ridiculous

Worthless appraisals. No idea of what they are doing. Would never use them again, will never recommend. Stay away if you can.
