How unfortunate for the person who reviewed this company in July '06. Connected Home Theatre keeps their on-the-floor inventory low so as to provide maximum economy to the customer, but they gave us the full movie theatre experience before we bought. They installed a custom home theatre for us in Florence, Oregon that is the envy of everyone we know. Smart, honest, dependable straight-arrow --can't say enough. Truly one of the best decisions we ever made-- and we checked out a number of other providers first. Gordon and Veronica P. 12/12/06
