Poor Service

I paid, in advance (mistake!), for lawn care and a significant amount of other services and was surprised when I came home the edging had not been done. This is a normal ranch style home in a well established neighborhood. When I called about it, George said they would be out the next day to finish the job. A week later it is still not done and another call was met with "it was a neglected yard, so we don't have do edge it" story. I paid them over $125 and they won't edge a small front lawn? Really?I will not have them back again...and will NEVER pay in advance and trust the work will be done right. My bad, and their's, too.
