GREAT service absolutely would recommend to all out there. Took my original old radiator out of my 1966 Impala, Mike added a new radiator core, painted the radiator did a weld job on the sides and I'm off an running again! I think I got a good deal...just remember he is very busy but still manages to give you a smile and his time. He is a good man! He'll treat you right. I never had any trouble with him getting back with me on the phone, I think the one person that did just got up on the wrong side of the bed!

I have an issue with the other review of this business. It is unfairly slanted due to a bad experience the reviewer had. Does he know that this is primarily a one-man operation? I have known & done business with Mike for over six years and have never had a problem. We have a large fleet with close to two hundred outside accounts & have used A-1 almost exclusively because Mike is honest, reliable, and prompt. He stands behind his work and gives you good value for the money, which has been traditionally lower than I could get elsewhere. While I am unaware of the particulars, I doubt that Mr. Duncan's review tells the whole story. Certainly not the same experience that I & my predecessors have had.

I called to have a drop off a repair. They have a message that says they will call you back, but they never did. Hours later I called again and wow they answered. It was close to closing so I asked if I could come by with my radiator to drop off for repairs. I arrived at 4:55 and the place was closed. I called and left a message. It has been a week and still no return phone call. Is this a trustworthy business when they don't even return calls? Communication is absent.
