My wife and I have purchased our third camper from these folks. Not only were they excellent on my trade, they threw in many extras and made a camper very affordable. They are easy to work with and very knowledgeable. If you want a camper look no further than Ruffs RV

took my camper in 3 times for the same problem, first time they had ir 6 weeks and when i didnt hear anything i called and they finally looked at it. and TRIED fixing it in an hour. worst customer relations i have ever seen. they act like because they are the only ones in the area they can treat you like crap. and Joe tells you one thing like he is "hooking" you up when in actuallity he his wasting your time and is a complete joke. i would rather travel 1 and a half hours to the next closest roo dealer then go back.
